Online Auction begins October 18th

The Fall Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and it’s the great work of the entire JM Community that makes this event so successful for our school. We need your help gathering donations of goods and services that will inspire families to bid this fall.

It could be your favorite nail salon, day spa, grocery store, clothing boutique, spin instructor, CPA, dog walker, tutor, summer camp, skydiving instructor - the sky truly is the limit.

And if you’re crafty, we’d love to showcase your wares in our popular “mini Etsy” section. We find that local businesses and services are glad to give back - and get visibility - so don’t be shy in asking them for some JM love!

Donations can be dropped in the front office mailbox labeled 'Auction/Heather Ladov' or we are happy to pick up donations locally. We can provide a formal letter with the non-profit tax ID if needed.

How do I bid?

Make sure you go to the website and ensure you are registered on the site and more importantly, you have a credit card registered as all charges will go on that card.

Also, this is not limited to Joaquin Miller Families.  Please share the link with your friends and family!

How does the bidding work?

Every item has a value associated with it and unless it is a ‘fixed bid’ item, the starting bid will be 30% of the value.  Minimum raises are typically 10% (some items are 5%).  You have the option to ‘Buy Now’ which is set at 150% of the item value.

How long does the online auction last?

The online auction will run from October 18th to 9pm on October 27th.  The highest bid at that time will win the item.

How do I get my winnings?

The online auction team will contact you to arrange pick up or drop off.  If you win one of the Kids Parties, you will be contacted closer to the event by the host.

What is there to bid on?

This is the best part of the online auction!  There is something for everyone, and a great opportunity to do some early holiday shopping, splurge on yourself or even get your kid’s camps set up for next summer!
